Sharon M. Sulimowicz was born in Rochester, New York on May 7, 1968. She was admitted to the New York State bar in January, 1996. Sharon received her undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Cortland (B.A., 1992), summa cum laude, and received her law degree from the Villanova University School of Law (J.D., 1995), cum laude. In law school, she was a Member of The Villanova University Law Review.

Sharon is also a proud veteran, having served on active duty in the United States Army from 1986-1988. Sharon was also a member of the United States Army reserves from 1988-1995.

Sharon is admitted in the United States District Courts for the Northern and Western Districts of New York, and is a Member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, NYSBA Labor and Employment Section and the Tompkins County Bar Association. In addition to practicing law, Sharon served as an Adjunct Professor in Construction Law in 1999 at Tompkins Cortland Community College. She has also mentored the Dryden High School Business Law students in preparing for their annual mock trial competition, and served as a judge for the area high schools' business law course mock trial exercise at Cornell University.

Before opening her own office, Sharon was a partner at the Ithaca law firm of Thaler & Thaler. Prior to that, Sharon was an associate at the Syracuse law firm of Bond, Schoeneck & King, LLP. Currently, in addition to servicing her own clients, Sharon is also serving as Of Counsel to the highly regarded, well respected Ithaca law firm of Pinnisi & Anderson, LLP. As a result of this relationship and the resources available to her, Sharon is capable of assisting clients with any legal needs that may arise. Sharon has significant experience in all facets of litigation with an emphasis in labor and employment and employment discrimination.
